In 1989, we launched Atlanta Vending because our Office Coffee Service clients asked us for some advice. Their vending companies were not adequately servicing their vending machines. If it wasn’t a problem with a malfunctioning bill acceptor or a jammed coin mechanism, it was an empty machine and several hungry employees.
We had a solid understanding of the vending industry because of our longstanding membership with the National Automatic Merchandising Association, the trade association for the office coffee service and vending industries. After some careful consideration and business planning, our advice to our clients was straightforward: hire Atlanta Vending and your vending machines will be delivered promptly, serviced reliably, stocked consistently and cleaned frequently.
Today, our vending business is four times the size of our coffee service business. Our vending clients are extremely happy and we are pleased we can be of service. We pride ourselves on giving our clients good advice…and great service.
